Based on the handle form and body decoration of this globular jar from Upper Nodena, this vessel probably dates from quite late in the site's occupational history. The Parkin Punctuated jar has eight arcaded handles, each with an appliqu� node and a notched lip. Vessel height is 4 1/4 inches.
